Product Description
SGS/Ce Copper-Based Solder Wire, Strip, Ring

The copper-phosphorus filler solder are Cu-P binary alloys, are suitable to wield Cu and Cu alloys, and are widely used in refrigeration facilities like air conditioner and fridge, and used in electrical machines industry.  The copper-phosphorus filler solder can replace Silver-based alloy brazed solder in many occasions. This kind of copper-phosphorus filler solders is suitable for flame welding, high-frequency brazing, brazing in furnace. It shows good process properties. Especially for brazing the red copper, we do not need to use the flux.

We add Ag into Cu-P binary alloys and makes up copper- phosphorus-silver alloys. Copper- phosphorus-silver alloys have the same use area, brazing process with copper- phosphorus alloys.  Silver does not only reduce the melting temperature, optimize process property, but also can improve the tensile strength, and effects on plastic formability.  Copper- phosphorus-silver alloy has good conductivity, satisfactory wetting and fully filling gap.

We add P into Cu-Sn binary alloys and makes up copper-tin-lead alloys. They are used in welding carbon steel and carbon steel, stainless steel and stainless steel, carbon steel and stainless steel, carbon steel and red copper, and carbon steel and stainless steel. The welded joint show good air tightness, large strength, and good plastic forming.  This kind of alloy is often used for flame wielding, high-frequency brazing, brazing in furnace.
